Shipping

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email includes your order number and details. Confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your order; all orders are subject to availability and acceptance by PawstwoPray.

Processing

Processing Time: 2-5 business days

Orders placed before 11 AM (CST) may begin processing the same day
Orders placed after 11 AM (CST), on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Multiple-item orders may be shipped together, but split shipments are possible depending on inventory. You will receive tracking information for all packages.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed and released for shipment. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return your order for a refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us immediately at hello@pawstwopray.com if you need to cancel.

United States Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard U.S. shipping (3-7 business days) typically ranges from $9 to $30 depending on order weight. All orders ship with tracking numbers.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain U.S. territories. For these addresses, we will contact you with alternate shipping options. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with estimated delivery of 7-10 business days. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and do not include import duties or customs taxes.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all import taxes and customs duties. These fees are determined by local government and tax laws and are collected by the shipping carrier acting as your customs broker. PawstwoPray is not responsible for these fees. Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
